Eligibility
Referrals must come through your personal invite link or the Submit Referral form. You must be a current loopELD customer in good financial standing, have permission to share your colleague's information, not be prohibited by your employer from receiving rewards, and be 18 or older.
Qualifying purchase
Your referral must be new to loopELD at the time of referral, with no existing purchases or trials, and no previous conversations with our sales team.

Two ways: share your personal invite link (or just your referral code) with a colleague, or send us their details using the Submit Referral form above. Either way, make sure they know you're referring them before sharing their information.
You already have it. A personal code is generated for you at the top of this page and remembered on this device. When your first referral comes in, or any time you email contact@loopeld.com, we tie the code to your customer account.
Your invite link opens a short welcome page with your referral code already attached, and the code is applied when they sign up. If they'd rather skip the link, they can simply enter your code manually when signing up.
$100 if your referral's annual spend with loopELD is under $5,000, and $500 if it's $5,000 or more. Your colleague earns a welcome reward too.
After your referral completes a qualifying purchase and the 30-day return window expires. We'll reach out with your gift card. If you think we've missed one, email contact@loopeld.com.
The usual reasons: we couldn't get in touch with your referral, they weren't new to loopELD (an existing customer, or already talking with our sales team), or they returned their purchase within the 30-day return period.
No, self-referrals don't qualify. The program is for bringing new fleets to loopELD.
Referral links and codes don't expire, but the reward only applies if your code or link is used at the time your colleague becomes a customer.
